We are excited to add a Dental Hygienist to our small and tight-knit team at Galligan Family Dentistry! We are a North Raleigh family-owned general dentistry practice with a focus on young families and pediatrics. Great preventive dentistry and customer service are our specialties!
Pay range of $45-50/hr.
Our practice provides a 4-day work week, M-Th,, averaging 32-34 hours per week, 401k plan, paid vacation/holidays/PTO, family dental care, and uniform and CPR allowance. If you're seeking a slower pace practice, treating an average of 6-8 adult and pediatric patients per day, surrounding yourself with a small group of sweet and kind co-workers, and working with loyal patients that have been nurtured over the years, we're likely a great fit for you. REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST- Part-Time
Asheville, NC
Western North Carolina Community Health Services (WNCCHS) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist– to provide professional dental services to complement the delivery of integrated team-based, whole-person, trauma-informed primary health care services through a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) model of care.
The position is part-time for 18 hours per week to include (2) 9-hour work days Monday through Friday. The Registered Dental Hygienist would clean teeth and examine oral cavity, head, and neck for signs of oral disease, educate patients on oral hygiene, take and develop x-rays, and apply sealants and fluoride treatment.
Experience: 2 Years’ Experience preferred
Additional skills required: Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs to produce correspondence, documents, presentations, records, and spreadsheets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional skills preferred: Expert knowledge of medical office operations. Familiarity with role of FQHCs in the community
Education: Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene education program
Training: Satisfactory completion of educational program clinical rotations
Certification(s)/Licensure: Current and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist in North Carolina
